What to bring to practices:
water bottle
sweatshirt
rain coat
gloves and hats late in the season
eat a healthy snack after school so that you have energy during practice
a positive attitude
What to do to stay fit:
Get out and get active now!
Get your parents involved too.
Run 1 or 2X a week for fun
Get some friends and play tag, capture the flag, steal the pin, frisbee...
Swim, bike, paddle or row a boat
Do some running drills, calisthenics, relay races, obstacle courses
Go for a long hike and run a bit on the way
Have FUN!!!
